Balmain Fall Fashion 2011 Balmain hit the fashion market like a thunderbolt several seasons past with its now iconic collection of bejeweled and sequined jackets and ignited the recent ubiquitous trend for shoulder pads. This season the house of Balmain retained its rocker edge with peaked shoulders and skinny metallic pants, but the look was softer. Jackets were textured, shirts skimmed the body, and scarves wrapped loosely around the neck. Glam rockers and bold fashionistas will be readily stocking up on all of the above. And Kanye West, guest of honor at the fashion show, will surely appreciate.
